Deployed in partnership with GMR Group and Delhi Duty Free. QR surfaces at Duty Free touchpoints convert terminal dwell time into verified brand interaction. The passenger scans, enters a WhatsApp journey, and the brand interaction begins - no app download, no registration required.

Selfie, sharing, and lead capture in one flow.

The flow includes a selfie with branding, social sharing with brand hashtags, and a lead capture mechanism via the Contact Brand button. User-generated content is created and amplified across Instagram and WhatsApp. The brand co-funds the engagement layer - passengers get a genuinely useful safety service, the brand gets verified engagement data.

Lost property at scale

Bag tag recovery built in.

Passengers who forget bags at Delhi Duty Free are reached instantly. Staff scans the QR on the bag tag, the owner is notified via WhatsApp, and a private chat opens with location. No contact details exposed. The same infrastructure that drives brand engagement handles emergency recovery.
